We’re looking for a full time Social Media Coordinator to join our team in the Toronto office. Reporting to the Social Media Specialist, this role will implement the execution of Pehr’s social media and partnerships efforts across owned channels and within integrated campaigns with the goal of driving brand equity, awareness, and sales.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key social media influencers through consistent outreach
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with Pehr’s brand objectives and resonates with the target audience
  • Identify key influencers, and media outlets for targeted gifting and build relationships to secure coverage
  • Drive real-time engagement with influencers and fans, monitor and leverage relevant brand mentions, conversations and UGC
  • Assist in developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms
  • Manage ad assets
  • Co-ordinate partner giveaway logistics

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience with influencer marketing or content development
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools (Dash Hudson, Impact, etc)
  • Independant and well organized with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable in a team-oriented environment

We’re looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Toronto office. In this role, you will be a critical link between our Canadian warehouse and our Toronto based head office. In this cross functional position, you will execute a wide range of functions including management of all Outbound shipment processing including online order fulfilment, inventory control and assisting with inbound receipts.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead the accurate fulfillment of all outbound shipments including e-commerce and wholesale orders with the goal of quality, consistency, and speed expected of a brand committed to superior customer service.
  • You will be cross trained in a variety of processes within the operation and will be trained to perform several activities including picking orders via a handheld RF device or manual pick sheet, and configuring, packing and prepping customer parcels for shipment, replenishment of inventory and returns processing.
  • Secondary activities will include online order return inspection, inventory control, weekly operational reporting and inbound receipt processing.


WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound Shipments & Order Fulfillment

  • Responsible for preparing for and shipping all outbound shipments against an outlined SLA.
  • You will be expected to ship all ecommerce and wholesale orders neatly, accurately and
  • sign off on the completion of each shipment.
  • You will be expected to pick, pack, and prepare merchandise from the warehouse to fulfill online orders using order reports provided for them.
  • You will be expected to acquire and maintain knowledge of inventory locations in the warehouse.
  • All work needs to be completed in accordance with company policies and standards. You
  • be expected to troubleshoot, and problem solve when warranted.
  • Coordinate temporary employees, manage shifts, and submit time sheets to warehouse manager.


Inventory Control

  • Working with the Warehouse Operations Manager to accurately count and process
  • by location, unit count, size, barcode, and product type during inventory
  • and inbound receiving activities.
  • Verify proper items are in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
  • Assist in physical inventory audits and manage the accurate counting and reconciliation of
  • unit and case inventory.


Returns Processing

  • Process returns, inspecting the items for wear and determining proper disposition. Conduct
  • quality inspection and, if determined to be a sellable unit, repackage, label, and enter back into inventory. If the item(s) are not in sellable condition, prepare the product for destruction.


Material Handling

  • Load, unload, move, stock, stage, and transport product to shipping locations utilizing nonpowered material handling equipment.
  • You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds knowing that most cartons are under 35 pounds.

Supply management for the Canada and USA warehouses. Keep record of supplies used and monitor their utilization vs. reports generated by the warehouse systems. In addition, perform purchase planning and packaging analysis to make suggestions as to which packaging should be used depending on the products to be shipped.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for operations and logistics, prior experience in a warehouse is not needed but preferred
  • Independent and well organized with strong project management skills
  • Experience using 3PL Central Software and or NetSuite (preferred)
  • Comfortable in a team-oriented environment
